Bendicht Luginbühl has been managing director of the consultancy REPAPER - AG für Informationsmanagement, based in Zurich, since 2005. 16 years of operational management experience in media and publishing companies as well as multiple journalistic awards characterize the career path of the media and information management professional.

As a member of the executive board of Schweizer Radio DRS, the Bern native was also program director of DRS3, Switzerland's widest-reaching rock and pop radio station. At the same time, he was program director of the SRF VIRUS station, a radio program for new pop culture, the network world and urban life. Together with publisher Beat Curti, Luginbühl founded Switzerland's first digital publishing company, Swisscontent AG, in 2000 and became its first CEO.

Until 2019, Luginbühl was the owner of the online company TranZbag.com, the leading manufacturer of lightweight, foldable bicycle transport bags. The TranZbag allows bikes to be transported free of charge on virtually all public transport in Europe. In 2019, Luginbühl sold his company TranZbag to the German company Evoc Sports GmbH, based in Munich, Germany.
